Recent Published Works

Assalamualaikum wbt and very good day,

Alhamdulillah, semester 1 is already coming to the end and the winter break begin. I will be leaving for South Island tomorrow (Friday 29th June). I will be shooting pictures for Bersatu Games held in Christchurch (1st - 5th July), plus a week trip to West Coast after that.

The main reason why I write this entry is to inform you that few of my pictures were published in local magazines this month. Alhamdulillah, so far my pictures were featured in almost all major photography magazines in Malaysia.

Following publication last month, there are two more pictures that were published for June edition. These are the pictures of two grand mosques in Putrajaya, Malaysia.

Also for June edition, this is the first time my picture published in this magazine. It is a picture taken at Pudu Sentral Bus Station. A street-styled image that I captured while waiting to go home at Taiping from Kuala Lumpur.

Finally, after six months attempt on submitting pictures to this magazine, I got my picture published. It is one of the best picture I ever captured in last two years. A picture of me trying to reach for the stars.

Stars gazing at Manawatu River.

Also, recently I was giving permission to PTS Publication (one of well-know book publishers in Malaysia) to use one of my pictures as a front cover for a motivational book, "Irkam Maana" by Hilal Asyraf.

Apart from these, I am currently joining few big competitions such as New Zealand Amateur Photographer of the Year 2012, New Zealand Geographic Photographer of the Year 2012, TIPA One World Photo Competition, Nikon Malaysia Annual Photo Award 2012 and also KL-PhotoCreator of the Year. I am not hoping much for these big event but at least, to be selected for the final judging. Pray for me Insya Allah, all of you.

Thanks for reading.
